Low side car with drive, brown, functional model for AC.
The self-propelled low side car is ideally suited to replace the drive in a group of locomotives that do not have a motor. Between 1958 and 1967 the DB procured more than 14,200 2-axle flat cars with side wall flaps and folding front panels. They were used to transport vehicles, e.g. B. Kaelble tractors KV 633/632, and goods with large space requirements. The cars without side stanchions were called Kls from 1965. They can be used as models from Era III - VI. Dead weight 12 100 kg, max.loading mass 27.5 t, length overhang 13 860 mm. The patented underfloor drive, similar to the ROBEL, is optimally adapted to the flat design of the low side car. At slow speed, in operation with sound, digital and analog, this model impresses model railroaders who are enthusiastic about technology. With electric drive. The integrated sound module reproduces the whistle and various operation-dependent noises. Digital decoder for DCC / MM and analog operation (AC / DC) with integrated power storage, RailCom-capable. A typical diesel or steam locomotive sound can be selected via CV. At one end there are 2 two-pin switchable sockets, where z. B. a train tail light can be connected.
Functional scope in analogue operation: - Driving mode forwards / backwards - Sound active (type and volume adjustable via CV) - light active
Functional scope in digital operation: - Driving mode forwards / backwards - Switchable functions: Sound (type and volume adjustable via CV), whistle, light Coupling shafts according to NEM 362 on both sides. Including a tail light. Dimensions: LüP 15.9 x W 3.5 x H 2 cm.
