The chassis, body, motor, gearbox, pick-up shoe, smoke unit, lighting, digital coupler, loudspeaker and all details are newly developed. The lamp inserts have vertical engravings that match the impression of DB unit lanterns.

The conversion from AC (factory setting) to DC operation is carried out by removing the middle slide and switching a small slide switch directly in front of the front axle.

The digital, remote-controlled, electromagnetic coupling is in a standard axle, is height-adjustable in two stages and can be easily replaced without soldering thanks to the plug or replaced with any coupling if necessary.

The newly designed smoke generator produces a higher vapor yield.

The LokSound 5 decoder is completely new. Smooth driving characteristics and a number of useful functions and setting options inspire the rail carrier. For example, there is a "heavy train" function in which the acceleration and braking times are doubled and the engine works acoustically at a higher speed. With the "locomotive brake" the locomotive runs at idle and brakes a little harder - if necessary to a standstill regardless of the throttle position. In shunting mode the locomotive accelerates and decelerates more than in normal mode.
